Firstly I'd like to thank Kenny for his hard work here.
I've been asked a few questions. Firstly "Is any of this stuff worth anything?"

The answer is, that depends. You're unlikely to make a profit selling
any of it on ebay.

I've taken one of the old laptops, a Thinkpad t22
(http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Category:T22). Once I've maxed out the
RAM to 512MB I'll be installing lubuntu (http://lubuntu.net/) and
giving it away to a kid I know who wants to learn how to program. It's
essentially faster than a Raspberry Pi (though not for
graphics/video), has it's own screen, powersupply, HDD and optical
drive (DVD ROM), keyboard and trackpad.

I also took an old PC for a friend, turns out it has some leaky
capacitors, he's happy to have spent £2 to get replacement parts and
have a working system for his basement.

Some items of note:

A tower computer with Sound Blaster Audigy, including break out box.
A Sun Ultra 2
A couple of neat looking LED screens (note, not monitors, screens only)

There's a lot of old kit which could be stripped of it's components,
or used for honing your soldering skills.
Other things could be "upcycled" I've seen fancy clocks made from old
HDDs, nice bookmarks made from old RAM boards and so on.

Another question is "What is available?"

As Kenny says, whatever is on top of the tables to the right as you
walk in the room. There are things under the tables which are either
currently used in the room, awaiting uplift or otherwise not included
in this clear up.

Some poor quality images of some of the pile:
