[ELECTRON] Room tidy up and clear out

Hi

Last night I spent about 4 hours making a first pass at sorting out things 
in the room that aren't useful anymore.

That criteria is of course a bit open to interpretation, the majority of 
the stuff is things that scraped through the last clear out or recent 
"donations" which hadn't been sorted through yet.

This stuff has been collected on top of the row of benchs next to the
door (that is the stuff above the benchs not the stuff below them).

There may still be things there that members would have a use for but that 
as a collective I don't feel we have a use for as we only have a finite 
amount of space in the room.

Later today Martin, Bob and myself will have another look through it and 
then the plan is to leave it there for a couple of weeks incase anyone 
wants to take away, or reclaim, any of. After that dispose of the 
remainder.
