Bob handled this issue on behalf of the Electron club, and there are
no court costs or anything of that matter to be covered. Thanks again
Bob.

In this case I think it's a jump to say that this was deliberate
abuse. It's certainly not very clever, I don't know that they set out
to cause any problems. Sometimes people simply don't consider the
consequences their actions may have on others.

As a tenant things like this, and those described earlier, just make
us look bad to our generous host. Given the nature of our organisation
they have been very accommodating, we can only work with them when
issues such as this arise and try to resolve them.

I think the best thing we can do is keep this in mind moving forward,
if anyone has doubts about their proposed usage of the room please
contact info at electronclub.org (which goes to Bob, Kenny and myself) or
use the contact form on the website
(http://www.electronclub.org/doku.php?id=contact).

In short, if you're not sure what you're doing, just ask.

Thanks

Martin
