I appreciate your point but even if I knew the individuals responsible
for this I don't believe naming and shaming would have any positive
outcome.

I think we are unique as far as CCA tenants go, in that we're given
the space for free, we don't even pay for electricity or Internet
access. In such tough economic times I am not aware of anybody else
offering comparable facilities for nothing.

The CCA impose very few rules on us and the rest of the rules are what
you would expect to be common sense, yet some people routinely break
them either deliberately or because they've never read any of them
(even thought there are links to such things on the sign up page).

Personally I don't think that any of this is asking very much of
people, and in the interests of longevity of this arrangement with the
CCA we should comply with the rules.
