[ELECTRON] Space to Build a Wind Turbine

My dad built a wind turbine to run the lights in our house when I was
young. I will always remember the way the the lights would pulse as the
gusts brew. These replaced the tillie lights that we used before this. It
eventually blew down in a storm.

I too think the light house might be a better fit for a project like this,
I don't know how the CCA would take to people using grinders, though you
could always ask.
