[ELECTRON] Holiday closing and heating

Hi

Today when I got into the room people last night had turned the
radiators up to maximum and left them on over night and all
through today. This is obviously a complete waste of energy and
can damage some of the cables and equipment next to the radiators.

Be sensible and if you turn the heating up for your meeting turn it
down again before you leave

The CCA building will be closed from wednesday 24th, opening again
on monday the 5th.
