"A research evening investigating economics and politics options in the
information society, with a view to influencing public policy in Scotland
and beyond.

All welcome."

This is a new initiative, seeking to carry free software ideas into the
mainstream in Scotland, especially in the wake of the Snowden revelations
and with the possibilities opened by the constitutional debate. Over the
next year we will produce several policy papers looking at issues such as
data sovereignity, copyright policy, and the state of the press.
