Nah... Go for a class. The price is right and structured learning is almost always going to be more effective than random coaching. If anything just because you are invested emotionally when you take a class. Though if you want a more scientific explanation check out Kolb or Honey and Mumford. Mark, you might enjoy reading up on Kolb.
