[ELECTRON] Electron club website

I've begun clearing up some of the legacy stuff on the website, removing
notices for events which have long since passed and so on.
I'll continue to work on this as a background task. Comments received show
that there's room for improvement, once I've finished the tidy up I'll work
towards that.

Anyone can register to update the site, see the "Login" button at the
bottom of the page.
Please feel free to contribute to the site, or contact me off list if you
know of something which should be deleted, or would like something added.

If you're going to add something please consider adding it to the
appropriate page, and where appropriate removing it from the site (for
example advertising an event).
