[ELECTRON] OSHCamp 2013 / Wuthering Bytes.

Hello,

This year Open Source Hardware Camp is being hosted as part of a
bigger event called Wuthering Bytes, the full programme for which was
published earlier today.

Hebden Bridge is a long way from Glasgow, but a few EC folks made it
along last year and I just thought I'd post details as tickets seem to
be going reasonably quickly (~25% so far).
