Point taken, but to be honest this is a terrible metric for how much the
room is being used.

We have had groups with block bookings which didn't occur for a long time.
Conversely we have people using the room during office hours which isn't
listed at all.

The latter has cause confusion in the past when someone wanted to use the
space.

A more reliable metric would be the sign in logs at CCA reception, no
signature, no key.
I'll talk to them about how they want this to be managed moving forward.
