Please welcome new member Laura McKeon who writes:

Hi, I am currently organising a project to build computers out of raspberry
pis and second-hand IT material for asylum-seeker families in Glasgow. The
idea is to supply them with fully functioning computers and to get them
online, but also to learn how to build a computer, and to run workshops in
basic IT skills. It would be good to be in contact with folk that are
interested in community-based technology projects.
