[ELECTRON] Use of EC.

Hello,

I'm planning on being back up in Glasgow during the week commencing
8th October and could do with a desk and Internet to use during the
day, and was wondering what folks would think to me making use of the
Electron Club space? This would just be for the week and I'd be happy
to contribute back in some way, e.g. do a talk (of sorts — not great
at presenting!) on software-defined radio, open source GSM tech [1] or
similar.
