[ELECTRON] light and water

Hi

The main lights in the Electron Club room are currently not working, 
but the spots still are. I reported this to Alasdair (DM) tonight.

Some of you may have noticed that recently a sign was put up next to 
the sink saying that the water was not suitable for drinking. The water 
comes from a storage tank that is no longer maintained. While drinking 
the water after boiling is probably fine it is recommended that we ask 
for water from the bar, this ensures that the kettle is kept clean for 
the staff.
