interested. Its a short adult education event, suitable for all. No
prior background in the sciences is assumed (suit public, S5/S6 and
non-science students). There's a poster attached. If you know of

The Science behind Climate Change, Adult Education Mini-Series, with
Ravi Singal, Sat 9th June and Sunday 10th June, 10am -12midday, Pearce
Institute, Govan

This short weekend course, comprising two sessions, provides an
introduction to the science behind climate change.  The focus of this
course is getting a better understanding of the science, rather than the
politics of climate change.

Ravi's courses are free to attend. The two sessions are independent of
each other. Includes sandwiches at 12midday.

Saturday 9th June:  Climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions,
positive feedbacks in the climate system, oceans, carbon capture & storage

Sunday 10th June:  Managing climate change:  Renewables, geoengineering
