[ELECTRON] Proposed new club + Arduino meet up

I have some PVC tubing that I got this morning from B&Q.  I think its 
the right guage, e will find out soon enough.  £1 bought enough for 
several printers so if it is too big, I wont cry too much at the wasted 
expense.
