Interesting debate between ZNet founder Michael Albert and visionOntv
founder Hamish Campbell covering a wide range of topics, including
what's wrong with facebook, the usefulness of non-corporate tools and
the importance of linking for radical media.

Two folk coming from different angles in approaches to heading maybe to
the to the same place. The open source community comes under scrutiny,
in its approaches and ways of doing thing. I think these subjects are
part of a very important debate, that needs to be expanded, examined,
critiqued and understood.
There must be a space for these interests at Electron Club. We have a
pretty diverse range of members, skills, out-looks and abilities. Should
we not be leading some of the questions and creating some of the
challenges? I am not suggesting what these should be, that's up to
people, or that everybody should be involved, or we should all agree
about everything. And ideas don't even have to be controversial. But I
would be pretty amazed if folk didn't find these things interesting.

What about an EC event to discuss some of this social network stuff?
