[ELECTRON] Drones

There is quite a lot of interested in quad copters at goshg.  It would
certainly make an interesting project.

To be truely useful I would suggest they need to be able to carry quite a
large payload over a reasonable distance, autonomously. It is my hunch that
the limiting factor may be the batteries.  That is not to say we shouldn't
build one anyway.
