[ELECTRON] advice on electrical issue, trivial OTO

Hesitant to pop this rather trivial and generic question
to the list, but from what I gather
there are a few electricity experts in this community and
this may be the quickest way to get advice

I am having an electricity problem in a flat in Edinburgh
(lol)

Basically, after twenty minutes or half an hour
the oven is on, the power of the flat cuts. If we put the oven back on, it
cuts again, but if
we put the oven back on another day, it will not cut for another half an
hour.

This has happened regularly in the last few weeks

I have had someone check the wires (in case some
wires were touching ) but they say there is no visible cause of the shortcut

Any idea what it could be? Do I really need to change
the whole oven or would it be a part? (perfectly good oven otherwise,
feeling sorry for this)

Would anyone on this list have the expertise to look into this issue
if I pay for the petrol/train ticket as well as a 'reasonable' hourly fee?
(an unreasonably hourly fee means buying a new oven may be cheaper)

Thanks for any advice /offers to fix

Please email me directly for any replies, and apologies
if this post is out of scope

best
