I should perhaps add that I started soldering at a hobby level at the
age of 11 and from the age of about 22 began manufacturing electronic
control systems for the entertainment industry, involving a humongous
amount of soldering with a selection of different alloys for different
applications.  That makes a grand total of 36 years of soldering.
