[ELECTRON] Maklab Shopping List... Help needed....

I can't think of anything that's not already on that list, it's pretty
comprehensive I would say.

In terms of what I think are the most important (most important at the top
to lesser at bottom):

Soldering iron,
Helping Hands (more diverse than just a PCB vice),
Lamp,
Multimeter,
Power Supply,
Oscilloscope (Rigol DS1052E is an excellent choice),
PCB manufacture gear (etching or milling),
Signal Generator,
Reflow (A hot plate is a lot cheaper than an oven and deliver just as good
results, http://www.sparkfun.com/tutorials/59)

I think that stuff like screwdrivers etc. are very useful, but as a whole
most people either have these or can pick them up without breaking the
bank.  So if it's a choice between a few sets of screwdrivers or one
oscilloscope for example, I think there's much more value in the
oscilloscope as not everyone will have or be able to afford one, so its a
lot more useful to people.
