[ELECTRON] List maintenance

Hi everyone,

I'm currently doing a tidy up of the mailing list data, this is also used
to provide the CCA with a list of people who can sign out the key for the
Electron club room.
It's worth pointing out that only people on the list should be signing out
the key.
In no way does this prevent non members attending events/meetings.

Some of the members of the mailing list don't have a name associated with
their email address, or in a few cases just a first name.
If you fall into this category I'll shortly be sending out an message
asking for an update.

If you or someone you know are not on the list the CCA have and believe
this is a mistake contact enquiries at electronclub.org, please don't complain
to the CCA staff, it's not their problem. I'll also note this on the cover
of the list I'm going to hand in later today.
