[ELECTRON] tidy up and reorganisation

yesterday the solder group managed to get a fair bit done

the junk PCs which made up the majority of the pile have had there PSUs 
removed and seperated into their own pile on the left of the room, the plan is 
to take them to the tip next week

alot of the usefull stuff has been put in to the right column of the cubby 
holes, there is still more work needing done but we are getting there
