[ELECTRON] Water shutdown on Monday

Hi All
we have just had notification that the water will be cut off between 9am and 4pm on monday. Scottish Water can't confirm whether this may be just a partial shutdown during those hours or a complete shut down over that period. We therefore plan to open the building and assess the situation as the day progresses. We may have to take a decision to close the building at a certain point though.
