Welcome to new members Sheila MacNeill, Camcorder Guerillas, Katie, Juan
Fuente, and Brian Loudon.


Sheila MacNeill:
Hi, I've just been to the linked data hack day here at the CCA and found
out about the Electron Club. I'm based at the University of Strathclyde
and work for a UK service providing advice around the use of technology
in education. So I'm interested in how technology can help in the
teaching and learning process - both in formal and informal settings.

Camcorder Guerillas:
We are film-making collective who make campaigning documentary films,
that give voice to the voiceless and cover issues not covered by
mainstream media. We are keen to hook up with other activists and groups
to support us in our current film projects and screening programme. We
are also based at the CCA.


Katie:
I'm an artist...and a luddite. It's probably time that changed.

Juan Fuente:
My name is Juan Fuente, I am Product design student at strathclyde
university. I am interested in learn more about electronics, i also have
an arduino  that i want to start to use properly.


Brian Loudon:
Hi I'm Brian, a product designer based in Glasgow really interested in
Open Source Design, fabbing, making and hacking stuff together.
Interested in meeting people that are into reprap et al. Don't know so
much electronics, can do some coding, but more interested in physical
design.

Apologies to people who signed up a while back, I haven't been able to
keep up to speed with this as much as usual.

Which reminds me, I will email the list about CCA meeting, and me moving
on etc. Wasn't able to get far with it all this month, so aimign to get
it all sorted in April.
