If your domestic contraint is flexible, i use dreamhost.com

I like them alot because they are very honest about failures and problems,
they are carbon neutral and provide IPv6 hosting, they give you shell access
and 50Gb of rsync backup storage, and practically unlimited storage and
bandwidth.
