[ELECTRON] tidy up and reorganisation before camcorder gorillas move in

Bob,

Kenny does a great deal of work behind the scenes in the Electron  
Club, and he certainly doesn't deserve criticism for trying to tidy  
things up (which you used to be quite vocal about the need to do). By  
taking a proper catalogue / inventory of property and trying to  
ascertain ownership, he is giving everyone who has stuff left in the  
room a good opportunity to identify it and arrange for its removal /  
ongoing storage.

Kenny's organising at the EC will benefit everyone considerably in the  
long time, and it was certainly high time the room was tidied and  
cleaned. I hear what you say about Camcorder Guerillas no longer  
deciding to use the EC room but all the same, things were cramped and  
not clean. Kenny's done a sterling job so far of arranging what can be  
disposed of or passed back to members, and to me has put a good deal  
of thought into how to do this fairly and efficiently.

I, for one, am looking forward to seeing the fruits of Kenny's work,  
and it will be great to run meetings for everyone who uses the EC in a  
more tidy, clean and spacious room.
