Hi
Could folk take responsibility for their bookings and cancel when 
appropriate. Pure data on 14th, 2 people came but there was no one here to 
meet them.
I can't remember if there were notes put out for the reorganising meeting. 
If there was can someone remind us of what was talked about or decided so 
members know what is happening. Ch Bob
