the camcorder gorillas current accomodation contract ends i believe at the 
start of august so we need to be ready for them to move in at the end of july

other people are able generally to use the room during most daytimes, i 
believe there was talk about tuesday being needed exclusivly, any times that 
the room is not going to be available to others will be booked in the calander 
as normal
