[ELECTRON] Booking room for Friday daytime - for Drouth members

Tim,

Is this event going ahead? There isn't an entry for it in the calendar.

I know the calendar was down for longer than we'd hoped, but it's been back
up for a while now.
The CCA need to know when room is being used, and we need to avoid any
potential double bookings.
