Hey all,

Just passing on a few message the CCA have sent to all the residents.

Firstly a note on liquids in the bins:

Good morning,

I need to request that when using takeaway coffee* cups don't put them it
the bin with left over coffee. This is infuriating our cleaners. Bags tear
as they emptying the bins and there is usually something spilling across the
cafe floor as they take the rubbish out at the end of their shift.

I'm working on improving the current standard we are receiving from the
cleaners so if you have any issues you want me to deal with, just let me
know.

*other liquids are applicable

Plus a note on signing out:

Hi everyone,

I'd just like to remind you to please sign in and out of the building at all
times.

I know it may seem such a small thing but it's really helpful for the Box
Office to know who is in the building for forwarding calls etc., not to
mention how essential this info would be if we ever have to evacuate the
building (touch wood this situation does not arise!)

If you come in through the Scott Street door please make a quick call to Box
Office to let them know you're in and we will sign you in, and the same goes
for exiting the building.
