I've identified some items on the list, and added comments on others:

I notice no-one else has yet done so.  Are others having difficulty
accessing the list? If anyone is having problems, perhaps they could put
an email round with the item numbers, description and comments on
whether to keep them.

Kyle has made a very good point about the need for proper labelling. I
propose that in future, any items kept at the EC by individual members
or groups should be clearly labelled with the owner's name, or stored in
a clearly labelled box/cupboard/shelf. This will help to avoid
repetition of the clutter/disorganisation problems we have experienced.
