Andrew,

Once we have an inventory for distribution the fate of each piece of kit can
be discussed.

I like the idea of harvesting components though a nice exercise in computer
maintenance, soldering/sorting for anyone who wishes to do it. However I
suspect that people have dropped kit off with the intention of doing just
that, and it's just sat there for years.
