[ELECTRON] forums v. mailing lists

Hi Ben,
thanks for bringing this topic up.

IMHO a forum would be great. It could improve the participatory aspect of
each single EC group, while, as you said, make easier for new comers to get
involved and realize what's going on.

In my experience it was a bit difficult to start the Pd group only via
emails.

I think it's a very good idea, although, we should consider the needed work
to build it and make/keep it running.
