[ELECTRON] forums v. mailing lists

Hi all.

The last members introduction made me think that it might be a good idea 
to set up a members forum on the EC website [instead of / in conjunction 
with] setting up a mailing list for each group that might need such a 
thing ?   That way, it might be easier for new members or interested 
parties to see what it's all about.

Or is it just too much overhead for something that wouldn't be used all 
that much?

If there is interest, I could look into possible solutions and get back 
to the list.
