[ELECTRON] broadband + Camcorder Guerillas + future of Electron Club

I realise I'm late here, but I'd also like to give some props to Simon for
his excellent work on EC admin!
I am in the throes of a busy period workwise at the moment so can't be of
any assistance immediately, but I do like the EC so would like to help in
whatever way I can when things have calmed down a bit.
