Si,
I arrived in Scotland 2009, and have been trawling in search of nice people
and good ideas to join,
of which there are many around, I heard about the EC from kevin mcdonagh
when I was organising TEDx
as a possible venue, and was delighted to find this community of what seems
lovely people

In addition to the useful work space in central Glasgow, and the nice
facilities, I find this mailing list invaluable,
in the sense that it does not suppress nor censors free speech, as
unfortunately other lists do
for one reason or another, and contributes immensely to free flow of
information, which is what society lacks
despite the existence of technologies

I do not plan to be in Scotland forever, and I do not use the room much, but
find the mailing list of strategic importance
to open information flow

Count on me for anything to make sure EC has an independent sustainable
future, I hope you ll stick around
even with limited time avail, and thank you and the others for setting EC
and running it so lovingly

With so many new members, you should not have a problem finding teams
willing to take care of things

Let us know how can we help anytime
