[ELECTRON] New bike locks

FYI, a note from Alistair @ the CCA, bike locks are being fitted at the
corner of Sauchiehall street and Scott street.

Hi everybody,

It appears that the council are presently fitting two new bike posts
next to the traffic lights at the corner of Scott Street and
Sauchiehall Street. This should give space for four bikes to be locked
up each day.
