[ELECTRON] Proposed new club + Arduino meet up

A wee update on the electronics.

I mucked up the board I etched, I was never sure about the quality of it
anyway.

However, Salvatore over at icanbuild.it has kindly sent us a board for
free, http://icanbuild.it/reprap/ramps-1-4-reprap-control-board/.  He has
also thrown in a stepstick board, I don't suppose anyone has the means for
reflow soldering as it uses a QFN package?  These have been shipped so I
should hopefully have them for the meeting on Thursday and I will try my
hardest to get the stepstick soldered somehow so we can test it with the
motors that Keiren has bought.
