[ELECTRON] Phantom powered Piezo Pre-amp

Hello one and all,

I am a relatively new member to the electron club so I hope I have come
to the right place to seek out any help that someone might be able to offer.

I have had this circuit diagram for quite some time now and have been 
struggling with the components on the breadboard for almost as long.

I would greatly appreciated it if someone might be able to go over what I 
have done so far and be able to point me in the right direction as I am slowly
loosing hope.

Does anyone know whether the Leccie Knitters DIY Electronics group is still
active as they would appear to be the people I would need to get in touch with.

Otherwise, are there any kind souls out there who might be dropping by at the 
electron club over the next week who might be able to spare some time to 
lend a hand?
