[ELECTRON] fablabs

That is basically the idea of the Glasgow Fablabs google group! The proposal
Bruce has put together recently was mainly formed from info on the group
pages, will see if I can put it up on the group.

I like the idea of a distributed approach certainly, the more the merrier.
Strategically speaking, one has to come first, and a fablab is a costly
thing, so personally I think concentrating on one initially is the right way
to go.

Would be good continue this on the fablab group as it may be a bit off topic
for many electron club members.
