[ELECTRON] reviving the electronics group [WAS: Re: new member Ld]

Hi Ld,

That would be great.

First I guess you should put a call out on this list to check if other
people are interested.

We can also send out a call through the CCA marketing as well if you want
to reach more people, but best to do this once you have settled on a date.

People seem to take different approaches to starting off a group, some
people just have a 'see who's interested' first night, others start off
with a specific workshop/project.

Some groups aim to meet on a regular basis (ie weekly) others are less
regular but plan events, such as the Pure Data group are doing. Depends on
people's time and commitments.

If you want to start a group I'll also need to introduce you to the CCA
front desk staff, as they hold the keys and need to know who you are for
booking these out.
