Immense speakers, especially if you are near a busy road.  This will
piss off people living nearby.

Traditionally outdoor cinemas used individual speakers that you hooked
on the car window.  These days you'd probably use a very low power
(<500mW) VHF transmitter that you could tune the stereo to.  You'd
probably need an appropriate licence to do that - Ofcom will be able to
advise you there.
