@Marco: That would be ideal. I'd definitely come back if it were a couple of days. More than that would be difficult at this end. It'd be a good excuse to come home and visit the parents ;-)

@Firebrand_Boy: Good, I'm thinking to kick off with a couple of days... perhaps 8 hours all in all for the beginner module.
I think it also depends on how many people want to take part in it.

@Ben, SImon: Should I check the calendar and add the workshop myself? Sorry if the question sounds obvious, but I don't want to mess up with EC activities plan... :)

@Ben: yep! it would be really useful if you could help with the setup and first configuration during the first Pd users meet up!

I'd definitely come back to Glasgow for a while for this. How many classes do you think there would be?

Hi all,
reading last e-mails seems like people is interested in a Pd workshop in Glasgow.

I'd be up to hold classes at Electron. We could think of two modules, beginner/advanced.
Then we could merge the work together with the Pd Glasgow User group - which seems to start next week.

It would be awesome to start (again) an active Pd community in Scotland.

July for me is a great time... I'd say we could make it in the weeks between 12 and 24.
Would be great to collect the people who are interested. Give us a shout!

Simon, what do you think? How to proceed?
