Or I'll just get things started right now rather than leave it until I 
start to forget things!

I've just booked the space for the evening of Monday 19th July with a 
start around 7pm. I've put the end time in as 22:00, but obviously no 
one will be required to stay that long... including me!

First meeting will be to get to know each other a little, discuss what 
the group should be used for and how it should operate, how often it 
should meet, the general remit etc. I have thoughts on all the above, so 
plenty to get started with. After this, it might be good to do a 
usability critique of a website to get things moving. This could either 
be some random site we select on the night, or if anyone is feeling 
braves, one someone present has worked on ;)
