For 2010, yes. However, it runs each year, and given the competition and
potential level of funding I would imagine that successful applications have
put a lot of work into their entries.

And I've just noticed that the URL which worked this morning now re-directs
to /index.html. That is annoying, as it had the details of a UK group of
collaborators who were proposing setting up Fablabs so that artists, techies
and animators etc could get access to 3D printers. It looked like a strong
application and with good feedback, they'd asked for about $200K and so I'd
imagine it wasn't all for just the Bristol hackspace mentioned. Hence the
thought that if successful the EC might might be able to join in...
