I can thoroughly recommend dropbox...
But with an ordinary ADSL connection like yours, it will take
something like 9 hours to upload your 925 MB file. That's on a good day.
Do you just want to let someone watch the video? It would be much
simpler to compress your file down to something like 100 MB and put it
up on a video sharing site like youtube, flicker, veoh, dailymotion or
motionbox.
I'll have to meetup with you tomorrow anyway... let's talk more then
