[ELECTRON] charges due to excess usage of Electron Club broadband

Maybe someone has hacked the EC wi-fi password and is using our broadband
from across the street - perhaps time for a change?

I can confirm the SOLDER group members have certainly not been using an
excess of internet bandwidth while at our Wednesday meetings.
