[ELECTRON] charges due to excess usage of Electron Club broadband

That's really bizarre...but if all EC members gave a pound we could cover
it, and probably have some drinks money left over, so the club wouldn't lose
out. Happy to do that for this one instance, if there are enough supporters.
You might be able to cap the broadband for future.
