Sounds like a good plan supporting groups already established. The electron 
doesn't cost anything and was given over to artists and folk Si et al 
working in IT, but there is no restrictions in what the space can be used 
for so long as it ain't illegal. Be hard pushed to find a situation like 
that in Edin, or anywhere else for that matter:). Good luck in your search.
